SAME DAY SHIPPING
Most in-stock items are shipped the same day if placed before 3pm CST. These items will have a “Same Day Shipping” badge in the products listing.

Certain items and/or brands are dropped shipped direct from the manufacture or a distributor. These items product listing will display the approximate time to ship.

ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED, UNLESS THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Upshift Performance LLC will ship your order based on a selected preference using the fastest, most economical method available. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit times offered as only an estimate.

Import duties, taxes, and charges to Canada are not included in the item price or shipping charge. The shipping rate generated at checkout is only for transit costs.

2-7 days transit time for US Continental shipments
5-10 days transit time for Canada shipments

LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED ITEM
Your order is complete once the shipping company states that the package has been delivered. If a package is lost contact the shipping company to open a claim and then contact us. In the event the item/package was damaged during shipping, please take pictures and contact us immediately. In the event you are unwilling to assist us then you absolve Upshift Performance LLC of any responsibility for the package.

Upshift Performance LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen upon delivery to the shipping address requested. Please be sure to verify that the shipping address requested is accurate and secure.

You are responsible for contacting the shipping company and us within 48 hours of delivery for lost or damage claims. Upshift Performance LLC does not refund or reship items for claims that are denied by the shipping company.

SPECIAL ORDER AND USED ITEMS
Special order items are not normally stocked and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Upshift Performance LLC is not responsible for any fulfillment delays. Refused shipments sent back us do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with Upshift Performance LLC and the shipping company to receive the item upon delivery. The customer will be responsible for any freight charges associated with the shipment.

All used parts are sold AS-IS and condition and/or missing components will be stated on the listing. No refunds or exchanges.

SPECIAL HANDLING ITEMS
These items are large items such as, but not limited to, Exhaust systems, bumpers, hoods, trunks, spoilers, seats, and roll cages. These items incur higher shipping costs. Discounts or promotions on freight charges do not apply to special handling items. Some large or heavy items may need to be shipped by a freight company. These shipping rates will be made available at checkout. For items that ship freight please note delivery time can be lengthy.
