CANCELLATIONS
All in-stock items once the order is completed via checkout it CANNOT be canceled. This is due to the rapid processing for the item(s) to ship. For items that are out of stock, changes and cancelations can be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Special order items and Gift cards are considered a final sale and are not eligible for cancellation once ordered.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit or refund will be processed. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to process.
  • Returns must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand new condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to refunds.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable and original shipping including "free shipping" costs are not refundable.
  • All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. Separate RMA numbers should be obtained for different orders.
  • Special orders, Clearance, and Used Items are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
NON-RETURNABLE
Any merchandise that, in our sole judgment, has been installed, attempted to be installed, used, handled, packaged or shipped improperly. Items that have a manufacturer or security seal and/or sealed packaging that has been cut open cannot be returned.

Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for a return as an ENTIRE KIT. Individual items of the kit cannot be returned.

Electronics (batteries, ecu/tuning items, gauges, lights, sensors), Engine Internals, Transmission Internals, Gift cards are not eligible for a return. Sales on these items are considered final sale.

OPEN BOX, CLEARANCE, OR OVERSTOCK MERCHANDISE
These items are sold at reduced prices, are considered a final sale. No returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing these items. Items have been tested for basic functionality, but they may have cosmetic defects. These defects include (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Upshift Performance LLC and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Open-Box, Clearance and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Special Order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility to check manufactures specifications and part numbers for accuracy of fitment.

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
Some items received my differ slightly then what is pictured on our website as some photos are for reference only and/or items have been recently updated by the manufacture/brand.

If you did receive the wrong item we will correct this issue free of charge. The shipping label/information with be provided and once the item is confirmed to be a different part number then ordered we will ship the correct part according the part number originally ordered. Please note we cannot accept exchanges if the item as been opened. Please check part number and application info on manufactures box before opening.
